Derek Hollis was running a small general contracting crew around Tulsa in May 2019 when the Arkansas River flooded and Keystone Dam releases pushed record water into homes across the metro. Every restoration company in town was booked out for weeks, and Derek spent that month doing what he could — pulling wet drywall, running fans, helping neighbors get ahead of mold before it took hold. What stuck with him wasn't the flood itself; it was how many people were left waiting days for a callback while their homes kept getting worse. He got certified in water damage restoration that year and built this company around one idea: answer fast, every time.
That standard still shapes every job. Tulsa doesn't need a citywide disaster to flood a home — a frozen pipe, a bad storm, or a washing machine hose can do the same damage on an average Tuesday, and it gets worse by the hour either way. We keep enough crew on call to dispatch the same day, every day.
